Training Program

Signing up for the Training Program is a one-stop way to prepare for the 2025 triathlon season! Sign up for the race too and at the end of the 12 weeks, you'll be able to put your new skills and abilities to the test!

The 12-week program begins Saturday, January 11 and continues each Saturday morning from 8:30 am to 10:00 am until Race Day. We’ll also have some Thursday evening swim sessions (5:30 to 7:00 pm). This will all take place at or near the Johnson Field/Olympic Pool. 

We have USAT Certified Coaches covering all aspects of the triathlon including: swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition, injury prevention, equipment and strategy.
